After beating Everton’s rivals last weekend, a draw here will see them through to making history. The Eagles ought to be confident going into this game with Everton’s poor home record as seven of their last ten home games have ended in draws, while they have managed to earn two wins and have lost one.

Interestingly, Crystal Palace are yet to win against David Moyes’ sides in their last six away games against him. They have also failed to scored before halftime in five of the Eagles’ six league games this term.

Everton were forced to share a point with West Ham on Monday night through their inability to convert chances. However, they are yet to taste defeat at their new home and this might prove to be a great motivation going into today’s game, which will be their biggest test so far.

Lineups and Injuries

Everton are expected to still play without Jarrad Branthwaite, Dewsbury-Hall and Merlin Röhl and will stick with 4-2-3-1 formation with Pickford in goal, Mykolenko, Keane, Tarkowski, and O’Brien on the backline. Gueye and Garner will stay in defensive midfield while trio, Grealish, Dibling and Ndiaye will support Barry on the attack.

On the other half, Palace will be without Doucoure, Kporha and Riad who are out due to injuries but will start their 3-4-2-1 formation with Henderson in the goal area. Trio, Richards, Lacroix and Guehi with hold the defense line while Munoz, Wharton, Kamala and Mitchell will keep the midline. On the attack, striker Mateta will be supported by Sarr and Pino.

Defender Michael Keane has an impressive record across the last 14 Everton games with he scored with 10 wins, 3 draws and one lose, and will be on duty this afternoon making the game more challenging for the Eagles. It remains to be seen what the outcome of this game will be.
