Everton will try to break their four-game winless deadlock this afternoon at the Hill Dickinson Stadium against high-flying Crystal Palace. Palace who are riding the crest of moment from their midweek 2-0 victory over Dynamo Kyiv in the Conference League, lengthened their unbeaten run to a club record of 19 matches across all competitions and will be looking at accomplishing a new club record of their longest unbeaten run in top flight football which is currently set at 12 games too.
After beating Everton’s rivals last weekend, a draw here will see them through to making history. The Eagles ought to be confident going into this game with Everton’s poor home record as seven of their last ten home games have ended in draws, while they have managed to earn two wins and have lost one.
