In a surprising turn of event, Chelsea FC has recanted the loan move of striker Nicolas Jackson to German club Bayern Munich worth €80m. This decision was prompted by Liam Delay’s hamstring injury from their game against Fulham earlier today.
Jackson who arrived Germany to complete his transfer today, on an initial loan of €15m with an option worth €65m plus a sell-on clause which had all been agreed upon by the two clubs, was asked to return to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea had been searching for a new home for Jackson for an entire month following the signing of duo , Delap and Joao Pedro but were forced to retract his move to Munich in a bid to keep their attacking prowess after Delop’s hamstring earlier today.

Bayern director, Max Eberl said Nicolas Jackson deal is currently on hold, “I’m not in a position to act. We will tell the player and his agent that they have to go back to London, he’s a Chelsea player. For final 48h, we’ll try to find a solution. “Everyone will now revisit their network and contacts to a certain extent… then we’ll see what’s possible.”

English forward. Liam Delap had to be taken off just 14 minutes into the game after picking up a hamstring while breaking into Fulham’s back line.
Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca was immediately asked to cancel Jackson’s move to Bayern Munich.
Reports say 24 year old Senegal forward, was not pleased with the decision to pull the plug on his deal. According to The Telegraph, Jackson is determined to ensure that the move to Munich materializes and has still remained in Germany despite being asked to fly back to London.
